Chale 3rd February

Three of us went to Chale Friday evening, very heavy frost, bitterly cold but with no wind it was tolerable.
Things were quiet till the tide turned around 9pm. First bite resulted in this pollock of around a pound.



After that I missed 2 good taes on my bass rod, which I had out about 25 yards out.

I managed a further 2 jumbo Pout before packing up at 1am.

With a very bright moon it wasn't a bad night for February.
