Mick and I headed off to
Seaview Friday evening, we were set up by 7pm, just in time for a hail
shower then rain, fortunately it only lasted a short while. The skies cleared and it got cold. Things
were quiet till the tide started to flood then the ever hungry whiting
started to show, though not in the usual numbers, apart from them there
was nothing else about. At 10.30pm when after a good bite Mick landed
this nice Bass of 3lb 4ozs which was returned.
We
stayed till 2am, with nothing but the odd whiting showing, and with the
rain starting again we made a hasty retreat home and some warmth.
